Greenleaf Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced events planner to partner with clients from contract handoff through execution and billing. You will guide diverse events, from weddings to trade shows, ensuring flawless coordination with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities include leading pre-planning meetings, recommending layouts and timelines, and documenting every requirement. A strong focus on client satisfaction and financial performance drives this role.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in event planning, event services, or related field.
• Experience in hotel, convention center, or large-scale event venue preferred.
• Ability to manage client relationships and detailed logistics from planning to closeout.
• Experience planning meetings, conferences, weddings, receptions, or trade shows.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple events concurrently.

Aufgaben

• Act as the primary planning partner from contracted sale handoff through execution and billing.
• Lead pre-planning meetings, recommend layouts, timelines, F&B, AV, décor, and vendor needs.
• Prepare detailed event documentation (BEOs, diagrams, resumes, timelines).
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-site delivery and post-event follow-up.
