Texas Health Mansfield seeks an experienced Events Planner to coordinate and execute community and internal events. You will lead meetings, manage on-site logistics, and oversee staff and vendors to ensure smooth event operations.

The role requires strong communication, time management, budgeting skills, and the ability to work with leadership teams. A bachelor’s degree is required, with travel and a day-shift schedule in Mansfield, TX.

Formación

• Requires proven experience as an events planner or organizer.
• Strong communication with leaders and diverse populations is essential.
• Excellent time management, verbal and written communication skills required.
• Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships are a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and prioritize effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and attend all event planning meetings with internal team.
• Lead pre-event detailed logistic meetings and on-site event logistics.
• Manage staff and vendors at event sites and coordinate details.
• Review invoices for accuracy and approve payments.
• Maintain budget records and coordinate with stakeholders on objectives and updates.
• Provide real-time coordination to ensure facilities, signage, staff direction, and set-up.
• Identify risks and opportunities impacting event objectives and experience.
