Job summary

IDEOlogy Health in Austin, TX seeks an Events Coordinator to plan and execute 300+ medical education events from conception to completion, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats. You will source venues, negotiate contracts, manage budgets, coordinate A/V, and oversee on-site logistics while traveling frequently and collaborating with department leaders.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or 2–3 years of relevant experience, excellent communication, and strong time-management

• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.
• Source venues, negotiate contracts, manage budgets and logistics.
• Coordinate A/V setup and onsite event execution.
• Travel about 60-70% annually for events.
• Collaborate with department leaders and teams on project status.
