Job summary

WeTravel is seeking an Events Operations Lead to act as the operational backbone of our global event footprint. You’ll own calendar, logistics, contracts and invoicing, coordinating across sales, ops, design, and finance to ensure every event runs on time and on budget.

This hands‑on role emphasizes building scalable processes, running end‑to‑end event execution, and turning plans into smooth, measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on B2B field‑event experience under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own the yearly event calendar (~55 events) and adapt as priorities shift.
• Manage end‑to‑end event execution, vendor liaison, registration and passes.
• Oversee contracts, invoicing and expense reconciliation in Ramp.
• Coordinate cross‑team work threads from planning to event day.
• Lead pre/post event lead routing with data/ops and feed ROI inputs.
• Develop and refine the event playbook (SOP) to avoid tribal knowledge.
• Collaborate with Content & Social to align booth and print materials.
