Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supervising operations staff and coordinating event services.
• Strong understanding of safety, risk management, and OSHA policies.
• Ability to read blueprints, event documents, and preventive maintenance schedules.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between clients and facility departments for Exhibitor Services.
• Supervise operations staff including interviewing, training, and performance assessment.
• Coordinate event setup, staffing, equipment maintenance, and changeovers; ensure safety compliance.
