Endicott College’s Misselwood venue seeks an experienced Events Operation Manager to ensure exceptional service for all events. Reporting to the Director of Events Operations, you will coordinate logistics for weddings, corporate and social events, and manage client communications with precision.
You will lead onsite event execution, collaborate with internal teams, and supervise seasonal staff to deliver memorable experiences while maintaining high standards and timely billing.

In compliance with Massachusetts pay transparency law, the annual base salary range for this position is $60,000-$65,000. Endicott College considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, relevant work experience, education, specialized skills, internal equity, and external market data when extending an offer. The final salary is determined by the Human Resources Office based on these factors. This range reflects base salary only and does not include benefits or other compensation.
