Job summary

Endicott College’s Misselwood venue in Beverly, MA seeks an experienced Events Operation Manager to ensure flawless delivery of services for all event types. Reporting to the Director of Events Operations, you will coordinate logistics, manage on-site operations, and supervise seasonal staff to create memorable experiences for clients.

The role requires exceptional organizational, customer service, and communication skills, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends in a dynamic campus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience planning and executing events.
• Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising seasonal staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for weddings, personal and corporate events, and meetings.
• Serve as the primary client contact, capturing requirements for housing, catering, and AV.
• Provide on-site management to ensure client satisfaction and seamless execution.
• Collaborate with internal departments to deliver high-quality guest experiences.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and inventory management, including bar and summer stock.
• Mentor and supervise seasonal staff to uphold service standards.
