Job summary

Endicott College’s Misselwood venue seeks an experienced Events Operation Manager to ensure exceptional service for all events. Reporting to the Director of Events Operations, you will coordinate logistics for weddings, corporate and social events, and manage client communications with precision.

You will lead onsite event execution, collaborate with internal teams, and supervise seasonal staff to deliver memorable experiences while maintaining high standards and timely billing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years planning and executing events incl. weddings, corporate, social.
• Experience supervising seasonal staff.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement events, managing logistics for weddings, corporate, and social events.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure flawless execution and great guest experiences.
• Provide on-site management for meetings and events, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Oversee timely preparation and delivery of billing documentation.
• Stay informed about industry trends to improve operations.
