Endicott College in Beverly, MA, invites a dynamic Event Operations Coordinator to join Misselwood's operations team. Reporting to the Director of Events Operations, the role focuses on coordinating logistics for Endicott-hosted programs and ensuring seamless event execution across small-scale events and corporate days.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in event management, 1–2 years of experience, strong hospitality and customer-service skills, and proficiency with Google

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in event coordination, customer service, or related field.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible hours as needed.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and remain composed under pressure.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and adaptability to new platforms.
• ServeSafe, Crowd Manager, and AED/CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for Endicott-hosted programs, Misselwood events series, and small-scale corporate day and overnight programs.
• Process invoices and maintain operational records.
• Assist with scheduling seasonal staff and serve as liaison between professional staff and seasonal team members.
• Support Event Operation Managers with logistics and operational tasks.
• On-site operations: assist with venue setup/teardown, inventory, maintenance requests, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
