Job summary

SP+ in Phoenix is seeking a Senior Facility Manager to lead operations, develop client relationships, and deliver premier customer service across the parking network. You will manage budgets, staffing, safety programs, and vendor services while driving performance to SP+ standards.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. This full-time role is based on-site in Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading and motivating a team.
• Strong customer service focus and skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Ability to react and solve problems quickly.
• Ability to understand and communicate company policies and procedures.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel or Google Docs/Sheets.
• Prior experience developing budgets and P&L review is a plus.
• Parking management experience preferred but not required.
• Must possess a valid state-issued driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver premier customer service to clients.
• Hire ideal frontline employees and train them with required tools.
• Maximize profitability through revenue development and expense reviews.
• Lead operations to SP+ standards of operational excellence.
• Ensure proper safety, cash control and audits across sites.
• Identify staffing levels and train teams to deliver service.
• Monitor client satisfaction and resolve issues diplomatically.
• Oversee budgeting, procurement and vendor services.
• Maintain compliance with policies and procedures.
