Placements24 is seeking a creative and highly organized Event Planner to manage a portfolio of remote events. You will conceptualize, plan, and deliver engaging virtual experiences that align with client objectives and brand identity.

You will handle all logistics, vendor relationships, and budgets, coordinating with stakeholders across locations. This role rewards initiative and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events for corporate meetings and social gatherings.
• Develop event concepts, themes, and timelines with clients and internal teams.
• Source and manage venues, caterers, entertainers, and vendors, negotiating contracts.
• Create and manage budgets, track expenses, ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee event logistics, registration, scheduling, staffing, and virtual/on-site management.
• Conduct post-event analysis with feedback and metrics.
