Job summary

Corporate Travel Management Limited is seeking a seasoned events professional to manage full-service and a la carte meeting programs. You will lead the planning process, coordinate with clients and suppliers, and travel on-site for client meetings as required.

The role emphasizes budgeting, contract negotiations, and ensuring program success with strong communication and leadership skills. On-site and travel responsibilities are expected during high-demand periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CMP and/or CMM designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage program from concept to completion including budgeting, supplier contracting, and reconciliation.
• Lead discovery calls with clients and internal stakeholders to determine meeting goals.
• Submit RFPs via Cvent for diverse groups considering goals, budget and space needs.
• Produce documents/reports for clients and vendors; coordinate with account teams.
