Job summary

Row 34 is seeking an Events Manager to lead our private events program across five restaurant locations. This hands-on, in-person leadership role emphasizes hospitality, attention to detail, and building lasting guest relationships.

You'll collaborate with the Director of Events, manage end-to-end event processes, train teams, and balance on-floor service with planning and administration, ensuring every event reflects the Row 34 standard.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing restaurant or hospitality events.
• Strong sales and business acumen.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and teams.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Respond to event leads in Tripleseat and manage the full booking process from BEOs to billing.
• Ensure events are detailed to guest wishes and executed flawlessly at each location.
• Train new management and service hires on event production protocol and provide coaching.
• Serve as an ambassador for the Row 34 experience across BOH, FOH, and leadership.
• Stay current on event industry trends and contribute to training guides and systems.
• Monitor event equipment inventory and flag needs to the Director of Events.
