Job summary

Row 34 is seeking an Events Manager to lead our private events program and shape unforgettable guest experiences across five restaurant locations. This hands-on, in-person leadership role combines administrative planning, event production, and staff training to ensure every event meets Row 34 standards.

You will split time between office work, on-site event execution, and training, with a schedule that includes weekends and flexible hours based on needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing restaurant or hospitality events.
• Strong sales and business acumen with client-facing experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple events.
• Willingness to lead by example and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to event leads in Tripleseat and manage the full booking process.
• Ensure events are detailed to guests' wishes and executed flawlessly.
• Train new management and service staff on event production protocol.
• Act as ambassador for Row 34 across BOH, FOH, and leadership.
• Stay current on event trends and contribute to training guides.
• Monitor event equipment and notify Director of Events of needs.
