Job summary

Opry Entertainment Group is seeking an Events Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of assigned events at our restaurant, bar, and entertainment venue in Las Vegas. You will coordinate budget estimates, timelines, and layouts while leading service staff to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.

The role requires strong teamwork, integrity, and a focus on exceptional service. Reports to Assistant General Manager and collaborates with internal teams and vendors to maximize revenue and guest

Qualifications

3+ years' experience in food & beverage or event planning and production.
Experience with restaurant management, services and equipment helpful.
Experience with event calendar/tracking systems such as Tripleseat Guest & Event Management preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee lifecycle of assigned events, including F&B activities and services.
Direct service staff to ensure smooth execution of private and special events.
Coordinate with clients, planners and vendors from confirmation to completion.
Prepare master project plans, timelines, layouts and budgets for events.
Collaborate with internal departments and vendors on event development.
Review banquet event orders, coordinate with kitchen on menus, timing and setup.
