SpaceX is seeking an Events Lead to plan and execute VIP launch campaigns, customer experiences, and employee events. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact programs and manage vendors, budgets, and timelines.

You will provide on-site event management, develop engaging branding elements, and leverage AI to streamline department processes. Willingness to travel domestically and coordinate with security for sensitive venues is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in event planning or hospitality.

Aufgaben

• Plan and execute launch events, special events, internal events, and customer experiences from start to finish, including sourcing and managing event vendors.
• Negotiate and execute conference sponsorship activations and special events, working cross-functionally with internal teams.
• Develop and manage event agendas, registration landing pages, invite lists, and communicate directly with high-level executive customers.
• Provide onsite event management, including evening receptions and weekend events.
• Ideate and implement creative branding elements, such as décor, interactive activations, themes, and custom elements, to enhance attendee experiences.
• Lead administrative tasks for the department, including supply ordering, budget tracking, payment processing, shipping coordination, and inventory oversight with our fulfillment center.
• Use AI extensively in the workplace to create efficiencies and automate department processes and workflows to eliminate and streamline the administrative tasks our department has to carry as part of event planning.
• Work with the Merchandising Team on customer and event gifting and branded décor items.
• Work with security teams to facilitate guest security clearances and ensure compliance with Air Force base regulations.
