Job summary

SpaceXSI is seeking an Events Lead to own end-to-end external events, from concept through production and onsite execution. You will work with Growth, Sales, Field Growth, Community and Developer Relations to expand reach, build relationships, and drive enterprise awareness and product attachment.

The role requires managing budgets, vendors, branding, and complex multi-program events in a fast-paced tech environment, with travel and extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in event planning in a fast-paced tech-forward environment.
• Experience across all event planning aspects (venue sourcing, design, vendors, décor, F&B, logistics, entertainment).

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute VIP, special, third-party events and customer experiences from start to finish.
• Develop event agendas, registration, invites, and communicate with executive customers.
• Provide onsite event management, including receptions and weekend events.
• Create branding elements such as décor, activations, themes, and custom elements.
• Lead administrative tasks: budgeting, purchasing, shipping, inventory and vendor coordination.
• Leverage AI to streamline event planning processes and tasks.
• Collaborate with Merchandising on gifting and branded items.
• Coordinate with security teams for guest access and clearances.
