Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiarity with GPS devices and knowledge of local area roads.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

• Attention to detail and the ability to follow checklists and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Event Setup and Support: assist with setup, breakdown, and on-site support for events.
• Receive, organize, and stage event materials for transport.
• Set up reception and ceremony spaces according to floorplans.
• Transport and handle larger decor items and maintain cleanliness during events.
• Maintain venues and restrooms; ensure equipment and areas are safe and tidy.
• Operate vehicles safely for loading/unloading and timely deliveries.
