Qualifications

• At least 1 year of front-of-house (FOH) experience in fine dining or special events.
• Ability to follow verbal and written directions promptly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a polished, professional appearance.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities in fast-paced settings.
• Open weekend availability is essential; punctual and reliable transportation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and breakdown of banquet areas.
• Relay food orders with allergy and special requests information to the kitchen/whoever is coordinating.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitary practices throughout service.
• Anticipate guests' needs and exceed service expectations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen for prompt and accurate food delivery.
• Memorize menu items and specialty drinks for events.
• Set and rearrange tables to fit floor plans and guest flow.
• Respond promptly to concerns and maintain professional demeanor.
