Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in creative administration, marketing production, project coordination, or related field.
• Exceptional organization, accuracy, follow-through, pace, and comfort with detailed recurring work.
• Ability to track multiple projects with attention to detail and collaborate or work independently.
• Strong visual literacy and brand sensitivity; ability to verify against approved references.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud programs; InDesign required, others preferred.

Responsibilities

• Asset management: organize galleries, permissions, credits, and archive assets using standards.
• Prepare, resize, format, upload, schedule, and verify copy, images, and digital updates.
• Maintain rights, credits, files, platforms, and project records; flag missing information.
• Update collateral templates with approved copy and design edits for menus, guides, signage, and materials.
• Coordinate printing, assembly, and delivery of branded materials for tastings and events.
• Research products and vendors; obtain quotes and organize options for review.
• Place and track orders; maintain vendor records and project tracker; communicate blockers.
