Job summary

Peachtree Catering & Events, based in Radnor, PA, seeks an Event Coordinator to plan and coordinate weddings, social, corporate and special events across exclusive venues and off-premise locations. The role serves as the main client liaison after contract signing and oversees events through planning and execution.

Regular weekend and evening availability is essential, with extended shifts and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, catering, events or customer service preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and client service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full portfolio of assigned clients and events from contract to execution.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and ensure clear communication of deadlines and requirements.
• Develop and maintain BEOs, floor plans, timelines, menus, seating, and planning materials.
• Coordinate vendors, rentals, and partner services and manage logistics.
• Identify upsell opportunities and work with internal teams to enhance event offerings.
• Provide on-site support and collaborate with Sales, Culinary, Beverage, Operations and Event teams.
