Responsabilidades

• Event coordination & logistics: planning and execution of in-person events, including venue sourcing, catering, registration, and on-site requirements.
• Vendor & stakeholder coordination: engagement with conference organizers, vendors and internal teams to manage event services and ensure on time delivery.
• Administrative activities: expense management, shipping logistics, marketing support requests, utilization of tracking tools to maintain organized and efficient event operations.
