Responsibilities

• Plan and execute internal and external events across virtual, hybrid, and in-person formats.
• Lead event logistics aligned with budgets and program objectives.
• Support high-visibility events in partnership with senior team members.
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for stakeholders and partners.
• Manage all phases of the event lifecycle: setup, execution, reconciliation, and evaluation.
• Coordinate with IT, Facilities, Communications, and Program teams.
• Identify and address logistical challenges throughout planning and execution.
