Placements24 is seeking an organized Event Planning Coordinator to support senior event managers in planning, execution, and coordination of various events. The role blends in-office collaboration with remote work, offering flexibility for managing diverse projects.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in event planning, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, customer-focused attitude to deliver memorable experiences in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in event planning, coordination or related field.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of events from concept to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams for logistics.
• Manage timelines, budgets and vendor contracts.
• Conduct site visits and venue research for potential events.
• Develop event proposals, run sheets and presentations.
• Handle client inquiries with exceptional service throughout planning.
• Oversee setup, execution and breakdown of events.
• Manage guest lists, RSVPs and seating arrangements.
• Source and negotiate with catering, decor, entertainment and services.
• Provide on-site support during events.
