Hilton in Dana Point is seeking an Event Concierge to support meetings and events, coordinating with Meeting and Event Managers and Day-of-event staff to deliver seamless experiences.

The role requires availability to work weekends, weekdays, and holidays, with close collaboration across Catering and Sales to ensure flawless execution and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze banquet event orders to gather function and guest information and ensure a proper timeline is in place.
• Respond to and fulfill all last-minute event arrangements and requests.
• Follow up on and ensure proper execution of events.
• Work closely with Catering and Sales departments on a daily basis.
• Keep open channels of communication with all departments within hotel.
• Main point of contact the day of special events
