• Maintain detailed accounts and communications of contracts, event orders, and invoices
• Foster a guest-first mentality; be approachable, personable, professional
• Understand the property's offerings and partner with sales on promotions and packages
• Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure seamless event flow
• Stay organized and effective throughout event lifecycle
