You will coordinate logistics, communicate with clients and vendors, and ensure seamless execution with internal teams. The role emphasizes hospitality service, organization, and professionalism in a dynamic hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in hospitality or related field.
• Proven experience in event planning within hospitality.
• Strong communication and client-relations abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for clients organizing meetings, conventions and events.
• Conduct initial meetings to understand objectives and requirements.
• Maintain regular client communication throughout planning.
• Create banquet event orders and relay needs to banquet team.
• Coordinate room setups, catering, audio-visual needs.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet client expectations.
• Oversee setup, execution and breakdown of events.
• Address issues promptly and professionally during events.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback.
• Analyze successes to improve future planning.
