South Suburban Park and Recreation District in Littleton, CO invites applications for an Event Venue Representative at Hudson Gardens. You will support private events, ensure smooth operations, and enforce venue policies to deliver exceptional hospitality.

This part-time, non-exempt role requires 6–30 hours weekly with flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays, coordinating with clients, guests, catering, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• A minimum of 1 year of client service experience.
• Previous party host/hospitality experience preferred.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Hudson Gardens representative for private events including weddings, corporate functions, and other gatherings.
• Open and close venues per event guidelines and procedures.
• Greet and direct vendors while ensuring policy compliance.
• Communicate accurate information to vendors, attendees, and staff.
• Ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled for clients.
• Create a hospitable atmosphere with courteous, patient service.
• Oversee post-event clean-up and equipment put-away.
• Monitor event timelines and safety; respond to emergencies.
