Evolving Solution Services is seeking a Venue Attendant to supervise venue operations during events. This part-time role covers shifts primarily from 4pm to midnight, Thursday through Sunday.

You will greet guests, assist clients and vendors, monitor facilities, maintain cleanliness, and ensure policies are followed. A friendly, professional demeanor and the ability to stay calm under pressure are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain venue quality and operations: check HVAC temperature, sweep venue and backyard hourly, ensure restrooms are stocked, clean spills, take out trash.
• Deliver top-notch customer service to clients and guests: greet guests, assist clients, be available for needs, ensure policies are followed, check rooms for personal belongings during cleanup, bid guests farewell.
• Work with vendors: assist vendors with questions and ensure policies are followed (trash disposal, noise levels, loading in/out at loading dock).
