Legends Global is hiring a Ticket Taker/Ushers at the Albuquerque Convention Center, KIVA Auditorium and SPARK Sports Complex. The role focuses on greeting guests, answering questions, and supporting events with a friendly, professional presence.

The ideal candidate will provide reliable customer service, verify tickets, and assist the Event Manager as needed, while remaining flexible to shift schedules and busy event tempos.

Responsibilities

• Receive all guests with outstanding friendly customer service.
• Answer general questions about the arena and provide assistance when needed.
• Assist Event Manager when needed.
• Verifies date of tickets and authenticity of passes.
• Takes and tears tickets.
• All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
