Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer needs promptly.
• Experience with Ticketmaster ticketing platform preferred.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sell tickets for events using Ticketmaster at the Kiva Auditorium Box Office and other locations.
• Hand out reservations night of show.
• Assist ticket takers and ushers as needed.
• Assist Box Office Manager as needed.
• Respond to customer needs and accessibility seating requests; work independently when possible.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
