Job summary

CHG Healthcare is seeking an Events Operations Specialist to serve as the technical expert for event technology platforms. You will build, maintain, and execute technology solutions and workflows to support the corporate events function.

The role requires strong project management, data integrity, and the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders. Hybrid work options and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in event planning or event technology management.
• 3+ years using Cvent with complex registration design and reporting.
• Knowledge of events with multiple registration types and travel integrations.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Smartsheet, Asana).
• Strong MS Office skills, esp. Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with group travel processes and IT permissions.

Responsibilities

• Develop processes to drive efficiencies through technology in events.
• Design and customize complex event registration sites and communications in Cvent or Swoogo.
• Manage registration, payments, attendee management, and reporting.
• Assist with budgets, timelines, logistics, and vendor coordination.
• Provide training and be a superuser for event platforms.
• Liaise with travel team to deploy integrations.
• Generate post-event reports and dashboards; derive insights.
• Plan and execute events; manage travel and on-site support.
• Identify improvements and advise on new tech trends.
