Responsibilities

• Develop processes to improve efficiency through technology.
• Design and customize complex event registration websites, apps, emails, and surveys in Cvent or Swoogo.
• Manage event workflows including registration, payments, attendee management, and reporting.
• Handle intake processes for registration requests.
• Support budgets, timelines, logistics, production timelines, and vendor coordination.
• Serve as a superuser for product updates and training on Cvent, troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate with travel team to configure integrations.
