CHG Healthcare in Salt Lake City, UT seeks an Events Operations Specialist to lead technology platforms for the corporate events team. The role focuses on building, maintaining, and executing technology-driven workflows to support events and reporting.

The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional technical skills, project management, data integrity, and program improvement. You will work with internal teams and external partners to optimize event experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years with Cvent, including complex registration design, build, management, and reporting.
• Experience with event technology management and planning.
• Proficient in Smartsheet and Asana project tools.
• Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Understanding of group travel process and ability to assist travel integrations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop processes to increase efficiency through technology.
• Design and customize complex event registration websites, mobile apps, emails, and surveys within Cvent or Swoogo.
• Manage registration, payment processing, attendee management, and reporting.
• Assist with budgets, timelines, logistics, and vendor coordination.
• Provide onsite support and training on platforms for events.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in events.
