Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a Technical Specialist to manage the technical setup and operation of mid-level production events in hospitality settings. You will support equipment operation, troubleshoot issues, and ensure client satisfaction under supervision of the Project Management leadership.

The role emphasizes customer service, training, and event supervision, with emphasis on safety, equipment maintenance, and cross-team collaboration in dynamic hotel environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of event technology experience with specialty in Audio, Lighting, Projection, or Video.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; training and certifications per Encore’s requirements may be needed.
• Experience in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot advanced audiovisual equipment during events.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relationships.
• Mentor and support other technicians and team members.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure flawless event execution.
• Maintain security and safety of equipment and manage inventory.
