Job summary

CHG Healthcare is seeking a Temporary Convention Coordinator to join our Conventions team. This entry-level, temporary role supports planning and execution of trade shows and association events across CHG brands, reporting to the Senior Manager of Conventions.

You will assist with project setup, event information research, and documentation, while coordinating logistics and maintaining organized records. Flexible schedules and strong onboarding/training are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience researching information and presenting organized documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support conventions by assisting with project setup, meetings, timelines, and task tracking.
• Research and gather key event information from associations and maintain documentation.
• Build and maintain internal show information decks for stakeholders.
• Assist with pricing research for sponsorships and booth upgrades.
• Coordinate logistics support including shipping materials and vendor details.
• Maintain records of upcoming and past conventions with deadlines and post-show docs.
• Ensure documentation aligns with policies and brand guidelines.
• Provide general administrative support to the Conventions team.
