Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking an Events Technology Operations Lead in San Francisco, onsite 2 days per week. You will own the day-to-day operations for the Self-Service Events program on the Splash platform, supporting 3,800+ events annually and ensuring compliant, high-quality events at scale.

Responsibilities include managing end-to-end platform support, access requests, and branding/compliance for pages and emails, coordinating with legal, and driving readiness for major events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing the operational aspects of event technology platforms.
• Proven ability to manage SLAs and high-volume queues.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with cross-functional coordination during large events.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end support for front-end platform usage issues and self-service event processes, managing SLAs and escalation paths.
• Manage operational process around platform access requests, including email credit policy, CC/BCC invites, domain exclusions, and notification setup.
• Enforce brand, legal, and compliance standards for event pages, emails, and forms; escalate complex issues.
• Coordinate rollout of landing page and email template changes with the technical team.
• Own day-to-day quality oversight of the template library for usability and localization.
• Manage localized registration forms across locales in partnership with legal/compliance.
• Act as day-to-day contact for marketers/event owners on platform usage and risk.
• Develop and improve the knowledge base and training materials; enable scalable operations.
• Lead readiness for large global events (Summits/Innovation Days) end-to-end.
