Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking an Events Manager to oversee the day-to-day operational health of our Foster City office, coordinating across culinary, facilities, IT, security, and other teams to ensure a safe, high-quality workplace. You will monitor tickets, drive issue resolution, and support onboarding and events.

The role requires 3–5+ years in site operations, strong communication, and proficiency with Google Workspace and ticketing systems.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in site operations or related field.
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams and vendor partners.
• Experience monitoring service levels and resolving issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations to keep the workplace clean, safe, and functional.
• Serve as on-site liaison across culinary, facilities, IT, security, and other teams.
• Monitor service levels and escalate issues to owners as needed.
• Coordinate with building management and vendors for repairs and on-site services.
• Identify recurring operational trends and provide feedback to teams and leadership.
• Support onboarding, site orientation, events, leadership visits, and meetings.
