Qualifications

• Extremely reliable and follows through on commitments.
• Strong attention to detail: catches typos, double bookings, missing name tags.
• Clear, warm written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable with Notion, Google Workspace, Luma, Airtable or quick to learn them.
• Energetic about people and hosting events.
• Onsite SF work including some evenings and occasional weekends for events.
• Fresh grads welcome; no specific degree required; experience in student orgs/events/logistics is a plus.
