Job summary

PTR Global is seeking an Events Technology Operations Lead in San Francisco (Hybrid) to manage the day- to- day operations of the Self-Service Events program on the Splash platform. You will support ~3,800 events annually, ensuring compliant, high-quality events at scale.

You’ll own the support model, governance, and stakeholder enablement, coordinating with legal/compliance, marketing, and technical teams to deliver readiness for major events and ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with event tech platforms at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end support operation for front-end platform usage issues and self-service event processes.
• Route access requests and policy notifications to the appropriate teams.
• Enforce brand, legal, and compliance standards for event pages, emails, and forms.
• Coordinate page/email/template changes with marketing and technical teams.
• Oversee localization of registration forms and compliance with regulatory changes.
