Job summary

North American Mission Board (NAMB) is seeking an Event Registration & Technology Consultant in Alpharetta, GA. The role focuses on managing Accelevents, coordinating with vendors, and training partners on registration workflows.

The position also supports live event logistics and provides backup for digital signage and virtual platforms. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience with event platforms, a related degree, and a willingness to travel for events and ministry

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, hospitality event management, or ministry.
• 2–4 years of experience with event registration platforms and event logistics.
• Experience in church/ministry or faith-based events preferred.
• Willingness to travel, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving, detail orientation, and multitasking abilities.
• Professional and Christ-honoring under stress.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure our event registration platform (Accelevents) and reporting.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal staff for timely delivery.
• Train ministry partners and staff on registration tools and workflows.
• Monitor data, generate analytics, and troubleshoot issues.
• Support live events onsite, including setup, logistics, and asset care.
• Provide cross-trained backup for digital signage (22Miles/Extron) and virtual platforms (Zoom, Teams).
