Job summary

Opus Agency is seeking an Event Technology Project Manager to lead registration and digital platforms for large-scale events, including in-person and virtual formats. You will manage client relationships, vendors, and project teams to deliver high‑touch experiences for Fortune 100/500 clients.

The role requires 5+ years in event technology, expertise with registration tools, and a proven ability to manage complex schedules, budgets, and cross-functional teams. Remote work with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate events or related field.
• Experience with registration management from discovery to execution.
• Familiarity with Rainfocus, Swoogo, Stova, Cvent, Eventbase, Airtable.
• Bachelor's degree from four-year institution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, internal stakeholders, and/or vendors for all event technology and registration workstreams.
• Serve as overall Event Technology and Registration lead on small to mid-sized projects, and lead on large projects.
• Oversee all assigned tasks on multiple concurrent projects across event types.
• Develop, maintain, and drive workback schedules.
• Lead planning, execution, and closeout of attendee-facing event technology projects (registration websites, content scheduling, session scanning, mobile apps, and related support).
• Demonstrate proficiency in digital platforms, advise clients on configuration and best practices.
