  • Own the high-profile events portfolio: Manage flagship customer conferences, employee summits, and team offsites.
  • Deliver measurable impact: Define event KPIs (attendance, engagement, NPS/CSAT, customer retention/expansion influence, employee sentiment, new leads) and report results to leadership.
  • Lead cross-functional execution: Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, HR, and executive teams to ensure the right messaging, speakers, attendee experience, and business outcomes.
  • Budget and vendor management: Own the events budget, negotiate contracts, manage agencies/production partners, venues, AV, catering, and logistics.
  • Elevate brand and experience: Set creative direction and craft memorable attendee journeys—from invitation through on-site experience to post-event engagement.
  • Operational excellence: Build scalable playbooks, timelines, risk management plans, and post-mortems; ensure flawless execution and continuous improvement.
