Job summary

Cadence is seeking an Event Technology Specialist to select, implement, and manage the full tech stack behind our events, including registration systems, mobile apps, webinars, and audience engagement tools. You will own platforms from setup to execution, testing, and ensuring a smooth attendee experience across regions.

You will work with event planners, vendors, and internal teams to customize platforms, maintain brand consistency, capture attendee data, and stream presentations reliably.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in events or technology.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage event websites, mobile apps, webinars, and related platforms.
• Configure platforms for a frictionless user experience.
• Serve as primary interface between Cadence staff and vendors.
• Develop and maintain documentation and provide training materials.
• Test and validate systems before and during events.
