Job summary

Etherio Group in Atlanta, GA, seeks a Director of Event Technology Solutions to lead the client technology solutions team across corporate meetings, incentives, signature conferences and managed associations.

You will translate program goals into platform designs, build plans, and post-event reporting, while overseeing vendor relationships, onsite support, and a roadmap for the event portfolio. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on platform delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, IS, or business.
• 8+ years event technology experience in meetings or corporate settings.
• Expertise with Cvent registration, sites, attendee hub and mobile app.
• Strong client-facing consultative experience and LOE estimation.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior event technology consultant for clients and proposals.
• Design platform solutions and build plans from program goals.
• Scope, estimate, and recommend hours and fees for builds.
• Develop build standards, templates, and QA checklists.
• Oversee onsite support and contingency planning.
