Job summary

Dave & Buster's Tempe, AZ is seeking an Event Coordinator to support the sales department by handling behind-the-scenes administrative tasks and confirming event details. You will take RFPs, schedule site tours, ensure contracts and BEOs are accurate, collect payments, and upsell opportunities after a sale closes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet guest needs and update contracts based on host requests.
• Handle RFPs and calls for social events, converting to won business.
• Conduct site tours as needed.
• Distribute paperwork for pop up parties and coordinate with management to staff.
• Provide admin support to Sales including follow ups after sale closes, update BEOs and contracts.
• Follow up on ARs, collect payments, and close balances.
• Submit check requests and invoices as needed.
• Ensure Operations has up-to-date BEOs for each event.
• Offer upsell opportunities after sale closes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
