Job summary

Biltmore Workforce Management promotes a hands-on Event Work Crew 3 role supporting Tent installation, deliveries, power/lighting, warehouse coordination, and exhibition staff tasks. You will report daily to the Event Supervisor while collaborating with other leads to fulfill weekly orders with minimal supervision.

Essential duties include loading/unloading trucks, maintaining a clean workspace, and assisting with exhibition installation/strike.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
At least 1 year of experience in event setup and logistics preferred.
Strong guest service orientation.
Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and safety compliance.
Ability to multi-task and adapt to pace of events.
Valid driver's license, at least 19 years old.
Ability to lift up to 50–100 lbs and work indoors/outdoors.

Responsibilities

Plan upcoming event needs with EL and/or SES Supervisor.
Maintain event inventory control (delivered and returned).
Ensure inventory in good condition and available for rental; follow safety procedures.
Keep warehouse/shop clean, safe, and organized.
Load/unload orders weekly; complete warehouse and vehicle checklists.
Assist with Exhibition/Special Event Installation/Strike.
Basic knowledge of household/commercial power; follow safety when working with power or lighting.
