Job summary

Biltmore Workforce Management is seeking a Project Team Driver 3 to lead warehouse operations for major events, ensuring safe loading/unloading of rental items, setup, maintenance, and field support. You will supervise a small crew when needed and coordinate with managers to meet event needs.

The role requires experience in event setup, strong guest-service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with physical demands.

Qualifications

• Prior event setup/break-down and/or equipment or logistics driving experience preferred.
• Commitment to delivery of world class internal/external guest service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to take initiative and prioritize work.
• Professional conduct with guests and vendors at all times.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a box truck and load/unload event items.
• Provide friendly, professional service to internal customers and guests.
• Pull, sort, pack, and store equipment per company standards.
• Set up rental equipment and verify quality on arrival.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Support exhibit installation/strike and maintenance tasks.
• Take direction from Managers and supervisors.
• Lead a small crew when lead/supervisor unavailable.
• Safely operate forklift and scissor lift; move items with carts and pallets.
• Ensure items meet standards and perform repairs as needed.
• Assist with custom signage builds and fabrications as requested.
• Provide field support for installations or act as runner for last-minute requests.
• Knowledge of drapes and linens handling.
