Job summary

Biltmore is seeking a Project Team Driver 3 to lead higher-trained areas like Exhibitions or Deliveries and coordinate with the Crew Lead/Manager. You will handle daily tasks, assist with event setups, and ensure equipment is safely loaded and transported for weddings, exhibitions, and corporate events.

The role requires strong guest service, teamwork, and the ability to follow complex directions. You may lead a small crew and must maintain a clean, safe workspace while supporting multiple

Qualifications

• Experience in event setup/breakdown or logistics/driving preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to guest service excellence.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a box truck for loading/unloading and move tables, chairs, and rental items.
• Provide friendly, professional service to internal customers and guests.
• Sort and place equipment on racks; prep linen/drape items and wash dishes as required.
• Set up rental equipment and verify quality against sheets or instructions.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and routine repairs.
• Lead a small crew when supervisor is unavailable.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, carts, pallet jacks) safely.
