Job summary

Biltmore Workforce Management is seeking an Event Work Crew Lead to coordinate high-need event tasks, including tent installation, deliveries, power/lighting, warehouse coordination, and exhibition support. This role reports to the Event Supervisor and collaborates with fellow leads to complete weekly orders with minimal supervision.

The position includes loading/unloading, maintaining a clean workspace, and assisting with installation and strike of exhibitions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; additional training is preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather.

Responsibilities

• Plan upcoming event needs with EL and/or SES Supervisor.
• Maintain event inventory control and ensure items are available for rental.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and workspace is clean and organized.
• Load and unload orders; complete warehouse and vehicle checklists.
• Coordinate estate exhibition or special event installations/strike.
• Assist leadership and staff as needed to support events and operations.
• Basic knowledge of household or commercial power and safe handling of equipment.
